Noah began training jiu-jitsu in 2007. Since that time, he’s taken great pride in both growing Flow Jiu-Jitsu in Winona and competing at the highest levels. Noah was the number one ranked IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) athlete in the world in his gi and no-gi divisions in both 2021 and 2022.

He has won medals at the regional, national, international and world levels to include IBJJF Masters Worlds, IBJJF No-Gi Worlds, IBJJF American Nationals, Masters International North America, No-Gi Pans, Chicago Open Gi and No-Gi, Minneapolis Open Gi and No-Gi, Oklahoma City Open Gi and No-Gi, Orlando Open Gi and No Gi, and New Orleans Open.

Robert began his grappling journey by competing in folk style wresting from 2009-2013.

Started Training BJJ in April 2016

Won medals and championships in many regional tournaments including Grappling Industries, Submission Challenge, and FujiBJJ Events including the WI State Championships
